Strategy and engineering at the same desk. Everything on this page is running right now.

Political science first. Then the code.

My relationship with computers started on a Commodore 64. It was not a trend I joined; it is simply where I have been since. That curiosity is now an ecosystem that keeps dozens of software products alive.

At İstanbul University’s Faculty of Political Sciences I learned the strategy, management and decision-making half of this work. If I can tell an organisation “this is not a software problem, it is a decision problem”, that sentence comes from there.

The technical half I refused to manage from the outside. I taught myself to write code, then went back and studied computer programming properly. What I sell today sits exactly where those two educations meet: I can set the strategy at the management table and build the technical layer with my own hands, then hand delivery to a team and keep it running.

In the digital age, leadership rises with efficiency and continues with sustainability. Working principle

I did not take a straight career line.

That was deliberate. I have seen the field, the export desk and the kitchen. It is why, when I explain digital transformation to an organisation, I know what the person across the table is feeling.

  • Construction sector Entry level to administrative management Where I first saw what commerce actually is.
  • London, United Kingdom My own web design venture Websites on weekdays. Head chef at a Spanish restaurant on weekends.
  • Avea Field marketing supervisor Coordinating promotional operations. Large-scale operational discipline.
  • Akınsoft Export manager The export desk of a software company. Where product meets market.
  • Ayaner Bilişim Founder, 2012 A web technologies company. The Websel Dönüşüm brand was born here in 2016 and still runs the delivery side.

Today the work runs through three brands on one spine: strategy and consulting under my own name, agency delivery under Websel Dönüşüm, software products under Ayaner. Different doors, one workshop.

In England I built websites on weekdays and cooked on weekends. What that taught me was not technical. It was what it means to own a job end to end.

The professions that cannot advertise their way to growth.

Psychologists, clinicians, coaches, authors. Professional ethics restrict aggressive advertising. It looks like a disadvantage. Built correctly it is the most durable advantage there is, because once advertising is closed the only road left is organic findability — and that is won with a system, not a budget.

The common way
How I build it
The common way

Bury the budget in ads. Visibility stops the day the spending stops.

How I build it

A permanent organic presence: search, content, and a site that earns trust on its own.

The common way

A site built for Google alone, invisible the moment someone asks an AI instead.

How I build it

SEO and generative-engine optimisation together, so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini cite you as a source.

The common way

Data protection, cookie consent, opt-in rules and accessibility patched on afterwards as obligations.

How I build it

Compliance designed in from day one — GDPR in Europe, KVKK and consent registry in Turkey, WCAG 2.2 throughout. Which is why I wrote those plugins myself.

The common way

Delivered, then abandoned. Quietly rotting six months later.

How I build it

An annual support scope: maintenance, speed, security and measurement, continuously.

I don’t only advise. I put working software on the table.

I am not one of the people who arrive with theory. If I notice the same gap in the market twice, the third time it becomes a product. Everything here is in production and carries a licence.

Two of the three are open to visit. The third runs this practice.

AI is not my presentation topic. It is how the work gets done.

Everything I describe to an organisation runs in my own business first — the agency’s content production, client reporting, audit flows and my own publishing all move along that line.

  • Corporate AI workshops

Hands-on programmes for teams, in person or online. Every workshop contains the walkthrough of a system I actually built.

  • Process automation

Standing up reporting, content and audit flows so they run without a person holding them together.

  • Generative engine optimisation

Getting a brand cited as a source inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers — measured, not assumed.

  • Speaking

Conferences, panels and in-house events on digital transformation, AI and management systems.

My iron rule: I only claim practice where I have practice. Where I have none, I say so and offer my thinking instead.

In the hours I am not writing code, I write.

This is not a hobby line on a bio. It is the thing I sell: a brand that cannot build a narrative cannot become visible. I run my own publishing line so I can show working production rather than theory.
